Executives On The Move regard your safety whilst travelling
with us of the utmost importance. Please take a minute to familiarise
yourself with the terms of conditions of the service.
The Chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is
thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour
poses a threat to the Chauffeur, vehicle or any other passenger.
Any fees
incurred during a transfer, i.e. parking at the airport, toll roads,
will be charged to the client and will be listed on the invoice. Copies
of such occurences can also be given.
The company accepts no responsibility
whatsoever for any delays caused.
Executives
On The Move maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all of its vehicles.
The
driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his or her judgement
of road conditions and traffic at any particular time.
Although vehicles
are fully insured for passenger and third party claims under British
Law, client’s properties are carried entirely at
their own risk and Executives On The Move shall not be held responsible/liable
for any loss or damage to such property.
Clients are responsible for any
damage to the interior or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and
will be billed accordingly for any repair or valleting deemed necessary
by Executives On The Move to return a vehicle to working order.
In order
to guarantee our ability to meet your booking requirements, we require
a minimum of 48 hours notice for any chauffeur driven bookings. We
must stress that we will try to meet any booking requirements not falling
within the agreed time frame, only bookings confirmed within our
set time frame will be guaranteed.
A reasonable of notice (e.g. the destinations
on an itinerary) must be given if the client wishes to travel to a
number of locations on one day. 48 hours is the norm.
Executives On The
Move reserves the right to invoice a client for 50% of any minimum
invoice with 48 hours or less notice of cancellation and for 100% of
any minimum invoice with 24 hours or less notice given for a cancellation
of a booking.
Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date.
